These are all the stages to securing investment that I will take you though to get you from frustrated founder to a FULLY FUNDED FOUNDER.. ready to dominate your market.

Step 1

Consultation

This is where it all starts, a completely FREE investment strategy session where I give you my time and expertise for 30 mins

We talk about where you are at right now and where you need to be.

I delve deeply into exactly WHY you need the funding and assess if you are in the perfect position to go and get it.

I only take on clients that I believe in, and I need to see your desire and drive and that there is a synergy between us. Because this is not an easy path we are about to go down, it requires 100% commitment on both sides

I cannot work with everyone I talk to, but if you are at the right stage and I know that I can help, I will submit a proposal and we can move forwards.

You have absolutely nothing to lose by going for this stage, and you will get real value, ideas, tactics and be more prepared to enter into this journey that you were before. That I PROMISE.

Step 2

Traction Spike

If we do work together.. this is the next step – Traction Spike

What does this mean?

Well I mentioned ‘timing’ in that consultation phase, this is an illustration of that. We must go to investors with something HOT, a recent exciting change has just happened in the business, something that has increased revenue or traction.

If you don’t have that we will create one, there are many ways to do this which I will teach you.

The reason we start with this is that an investor MUST come to the conclusion that NOW is the time for them to get involved, not in 6 months.

Step 3

The Pitch Deck

This is usually the longest and most crucial phase, get this right and it is your ticket to getting meetings.

I specialise in creating decks that will turn a cold investor who knows NOTHING about your business, into an investor that is eager to meet you.

I have a tried and tested strategy, proofed by investors themselves and it has an amazing track record of success.

I will personally consult, write and design the deck so it communicates your true value in the most powerful way. You will be working with ME directly 1 on 1.

The investment on time in this phase will pay off many fold, most of my clients end up using a bulk of this work for years and years after in sales meetings, presentations, winning clients and much more.

We will create emotive and persuasive language, craft a compelling story, delve deep into the team and relationships, create info graphics and communicate the true value of what you have, all presented in a way that can be easily and quickly digested by the investor.

Step 4

Investor Outreach

Now we have a powerful document, the next stage is to get it in front of the right investors.

Through my own personal network of over 650 investors I can give you the perfect launch pad and get eyes on this deck IMMEDIATELY.

These are investors that know and trust me, I’m on their inbox and they know that they are the FIRST investors often to see this pitch deck, so are incentivised to act fast.

The other benefit of a warm network is that even if the deck is not for them, they will often send it to someone in their network who it IS right for. This means that you have access to not just my network, but potentially the entire network of every investor in that network!

Step 5

Due Diligence

After meeting interested investors, there will be an agreement in principal and you will enter the period of due diligence.

I will get you prepared for every single item that they are going to ask for.

You don’t want to go though all these stages and look unprofessional or under prepared at this point, your stock with the interested party will remain HIGH.

Step 6

Negotiation

When everything is done right up to this point, you have multiple investors at the table and will be in a strong position.

Now it’s about getting the very best terms for YOU. I can consult and advise you on what is the best deal for your business, and to council you if this is the best option for you to take on.
